Based on the last scan I adjusted the MAF1 for Bank 1 slightly to make it less rich.

The resulting O2 mV are close for bank 1 and bank 2. This had an overall positive effect, and looks good compared to the E2C2 scan which is shown as a dashed line. About an 8 whp average with peaks of 10 whp or so.
