{"id":9620,"date":"2011-05-19T19:40:49","date_gmt":"2011-05-20T00:40:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/?p=9620"},"modified":"2011-05-19T19:40:49","modified_gmt":"2011-05-20T00:40:49","slug":"shots-of-the-new-to-me-sts-v","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/shots-of-the-new-to-me-sts-v\/","title":{"rendered":"Shots of the new-to-me STS-V"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here are some shots in day to day driving patina to highlight some of the features of my new 2008 Cadillac STS-V.\u00a0 I apologize that it is not immaculate, but was just enjoying grabbing some snaps.<\/p>\n<p>Click on images to see larger versions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/100_15361.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-9630\" title=\"100_1536\" src=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/100_15361-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/100_15361-1024x682.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/100_15361-500x333.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The STS-V was made from 2006-2009; this is a 2008 Model.\u00a0 The 2008 gained a Heads-up Display compared to the 06\/07.\u00a0 The 09 was similar to the 08.\u00a0 Under 500 of this year\/model were produced starting at $78,775.<\/p>\n<p>The V-Series for Cadillac means a performance tuned model that is capable of operating well on the road or track.\u00a0 That is what a &#8216;sports car&#8217; used to mean.\u00a0 This car has a tuned suspension, high performance Brembo brakes, high output powerplant, and extra cooling for all systems so that it can run flat out without misstep.\u00a0 It has a competition mode for the stabilitrak to yield more control for the Driver in high dynamics.
