There is a monthly car get together going on in many US and some European cities monthly called Cars & Coffee<\/a>.\u00a0 The idea is to get your favorite vehicle out and meet up with a lot of other car people and enjoy the cars.<\/p>\n

The next one in Plano, Texas near me is on Jan 30th.\u00a0 It is technically called Cars & Coffee Dallas<\/a>, and was held on the last Saturday of the month.\u00a0\u00a0 However, starting March 2010 Cars and Coffee\u2122 Dallas will be held on the first Saturday of the month.\u00a0 The event lasts from 8:00am to 12:00pm.<\/p>\n

Directions<\/a> to Cars & Coffee Dallas.\u00a0 Cars and Coffee\u2122 Dallas meets at Classic BMW, 6800 Dallas Parkway, Plano TX 75024<\/em>, which appears to be just on the Northeast corner of the Dallas Tollway at Spring Creek.<\/p>\n

Cars and Coffee\u2122 Dallas is a gathering of auto enthusiasts where hundreds of proud drivers will congregate to kick tires and have a cup of coffee. There will be something for everyone to enjoy; classics, exotics, concepts, hotrods, motorcycles and motor-sport. And it’s all free, minus the coffee of course<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

You can see some photos of previous meets here<\/a>.\u00a0 Looks like a good idea to bring a lawn chair, some drinks (I’m not a coffee guy) and a camera with extra SD card & batteries.\u00a0 If anyone plans to be there let me know and I will look for you.<\/p>\n
