{"id":2574,"date":"2009-11-25T08:07:58","date_gmt":"2009-11-25T13:07:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/?p=2574"},"modified":"2009-11-25T08:07:58","modified_gmt":"2009-11-25T13:07:58","slug":"re-cadillac-escalade-hybrid-towing-with","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/re-cadillac-escalade-hybrid-towing-with\/","title":{"rendered":"Re: Cadillac Escalade Hybrid, Towing with"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cars.about.com\/bio\/Aaron-Gold-14495.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Aaron Gold<\/a> took part in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jalopnik.com\">jalopnik<\/a>&#8216;s 24 Hours of Lemons event this year.\u00a0 For the event he used a <a href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/?cat=83\" target=\"_self\">Cadillac Escalade Hybrid<\/a> as a tow vehicle to get his trailered\u00a0 racer to the venue.\u00a0 Here is his report on towing with the Escalade Hybrid:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>So I&#8217;m back from  our 24 Hours of Lemons race at Thunderhill, and the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid turned out to be an impressive tow vehicle. It struggled on some of <em>really<\/em> steep hills and stopping the rig was a bit of an adventure &#8212; note to self, check the battery for the electric brakes &#8212; but the Caddy was comfortable and, more importantly, stable.
