Cadillac makes fine luxury performance automobiles.\u00a0 They do not make clothing, purses, shoes, belt buckles, floor mats, etc.\u00a0 Cadillac DOES license their logo and trademarks to select Merchants who want to produce items with the Cadillac wreath and crest or other trademarks under license.\u00a0 This is a win-win situation, as it allows Cadillac lovers like me to have Cadillac hats, or jackets, or shirt to wear.\u00a0 It also helps let other people know you love Cadillacs, so it helps indirectly to sell cars.<\/p>\n

How can you tell if something is made by Cadillac or someone else?<\/p>\n

If it is a Cadillac vehicle, it is made by Cadillac.\u00a0 If it is anything else, it is probably made under license from Cadillac, and should have a tag or other indication that this is the fact.\u00a0 If you see a Cadillac logo item for sale that is NOT marked “GM Official Licensed Product” or similar, skip it.<\/p>\n
