The 1-2 shift was recorded at 0.4 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Peak Hp was calculated at 6,371 RPM: [click on the image to zoom, hit back to return]<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_12206\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-061.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12206\" class=\"size-large wp-image-12206\" title=\"scanner2012-04-06\" src=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-061-1024x619.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"619\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-061-1024x619.png 1024w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-061-500x302.png 500w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-061.png 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-12206\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Peak calculated HP at 6,371 RPM<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Calculated HP has steadily run less than expected on this V, but I am not clear why.\u00a0 It uses the Delivered Torque calculated by the engine at RPM to calculate theoretical HP.\u00a0 The value is a notional figure and not considered accurate for tuning, but I use it as a relative indicator.\u00a0 I am also not able to run flat out in 4th gear as on the dyno though.<\/p>\n<p>Same run, peak HP at 65 mph at top of 2nd gear:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_12230\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-06b1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12230\" class=\"size-large wp-image-12230\" title=\"scanner2012-04-06b\" src=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-06b1-1024x554.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"554\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-06b1-1024x554.png 1024w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-06b1-500x270.png 500w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/scanner2012-04-06b1.png 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-12230\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Top of 2nd gear at 65 mph<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Interesting that boost in 2nd gear was running 10.6 psi vs 8.8 psi at the top of 1st gear.\u00a0 I do not think this is a tuning issue but may have just been a transient thing.\u00a0 The boost was trending in the 9s then dips and then peaks at 10.2 psi at the 1-2 shift in the scan.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the low temps, the IAT Advance was actually ADDING timing instead of retarding!<\/p>\n<p>Here is the cold air IAT \/ IAT2 histogram for the whole test cycle:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/iattemps2012-04-06.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12197\" title=\"iattemps2012-04-06\" src=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/iattemps2012-04-06.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"382\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/iattemps2012-04-06.png 382w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/iattemps2012-04-06-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 382px) 100vw, 382px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>No KR anywhere on the run.\u00a0\u00a0 PE is commanding AFRs down to 10.5, so that is something to consider.\u00a0 Safe AFR for a supercharged engine probably up at 11.5 to 11.8 where the engine should make more power.<\/p>\n<p>Atmospheric Conditions:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_12195\" style=\"width: 384px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/enginetunercalc.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12195\" class=\" wp-image-12195 \" title=\"enginetunercalc\" src=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/enginetunercalc.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"374\" height=\"494\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-12195\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Atmospheric conditions and effect on HP<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have some dyno time scheduled for Saturday, so I wanted to get a current baseline on my 08 Cadillac STS-V.
