STS-V\" href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/?p=10533\" target=\"_blank\">recent tire issue<\/a> I wanted to be sure.\u00a0 The alignment report shows the car as a STS base model, but Cadillac only issued one alignment spec for the STS.<\/p>\n<p>I scheduled ahead of time online with Crest, and they emailed and called to confirm.\u00a0 I asked for a 7 am start, and my Service Advisor Gene met me as soon as the door opened.\u00a0 It took just over an hour for the alignment, so I enjoyed the Customer Lounge, and wandered out and looked at the new Cadillacs.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_10715\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/Photo0407.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10715\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10715\" title=\"Photo0407\" src=\"http:\/\/caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/Photo0407-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/Photo0407-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/Photo0407-500x375.jpg 500w, http:\/\/www.caddyinfo.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/Photo0407.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-10715\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Line of new CTS-Vs waiting for Happy Cadillac Owners<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Based on the inner-edge wear on the original Pirellis I thought if anything was off in the alignment it would be the camber.\u00a0 The alignment results show that the camber was in spec, but the Toe-In was off slightly left front and right rear.\u00a0 Normally one might expect a saw-tooth wear pattern across the tread if the toe-in is off.<\/p>\n<p>I have read other owners experienced a similar wear pattern with the Pirelli runflats, so I am not certain what to conclude.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll keep an eye on the wear pattern for the new tires and we&#8217;ll see.\u00a0 In the mean time, I&#8217;ll keep enjoying the STS-V.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ran by Crest Cadillac this morning at 7 AM for a suspension alignment for my 2008 Cadillac STS-V.\u00a0 Alignment is something that does not HAVE to be done at the dealer, but Crest makes it easy to get in and &hellip;
